YAPPIKA-ActionAid invites competent, experienced, and committed professionals to fill the following positions:
Digital Fundraising Officer (DGFO)
This role will be responsible to create engaging marketing content for fundraising, especially communication materials in digital fundraising channel. All the work is to ensure achieving digital fundraising goal and create an outstanding branding image of YAPPIKA-ActionAid. Under general direction of DFL, DGFO will identify opportunities, launch, evaluate and improve new digital fundraising channels and/or programs to raise funds from public. Develop digital fundraising plan and implement of each marketing activities which make alignment with entire fundraising strategies.
Key Performance Areas and Main Responsibilities:
- Create all communication materials including advertisement and promotions working with various departments and teams to ensure raising funds, building awareness and engaging donors.
- Support Digital Fundraising and Lead Conversion Coordinator to create marketing communication for digital fundraising (donor acquisition) through any digital fundraising tools.
- Provide & develop content for social media platforms, website, email marketing, and diversified channel to achieve digital fundraising goals.
- Monitor performance to keep activities on track and to increase effectiveness of fundraising. Prepare report & presentation in weekly/monthly basis.
- Work closely with all Fundraising Team (F2F, Digital, Retention, and P&P), Program Division, webmaster, and other comms. officers. Expected to provide them suggestions with regard to optimize and improve the content creation.
- Plan and build online fundraising scheme to facilitate engagements of Indonesian audience (this includes assessment of the current YAA online fundraising, research of competitor or referential organizations' online fundraising, selection of online fundraising platform)
- Support Digital Fundraising and Lead Conversion Coordinator to develop digital fundraising program brief sheet for each program including background, objectives, strategies, numerical goal, target audience communication strategy, budget, and schedule.
- Provide technical support to fundraising teams in relation with digital communications.
- Focal person between fundraising teams and other departments/outside vendors to support their digital strategies/approaches.
- Other assignment provided by line manager and organization.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, or related field would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience for High School Diploma and 2 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree in a corporate or an NGO environment.
- Ideally have experience in managing digital marketing/fundraising.
- Able to create a communication plan and execute it step-by-step.
- Image/photo editing, video editing, analytic tools, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to take creative and innovative approaches.
- Excellent knowledge of English and good presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to social & humanitarian aid work.
