YAPPIKA-ActionAid invites competent, experienced and committed professionals to fill the following positions:

Philanthropy & Partnership Executive - Jakarta

This position will play an important role in increasing the power and impact of our fundraising program and committed to use fundraising skills to make a real difference for organization. And will support Philanthropy and Partnership Team in achieving annual organization target income specifically from corporate in Indonesia.

The post reports to         : Philanthropy & Partnership Coordinator

Work with                         : P&P team

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Do the research and screening for new prospect of in-country corporates
2. Approach and develop new collaboration with new corporates
3. Concepting, preparing, implementing and managing new collaboration
4. Manage collaboration with existing corporate donor
5. Carry out a range of corporate events and activities, including the development of innovative fundraising campaigns to attract funding from new corporate and to increase funding from existing corporate partners
6. Managing database and daily journal of Philanthropy & Partnership partners
7. Work closely with all division especially the program and fundraising team to develop best program that fits for the collaboration, including budgeting and reporting
8. Support the development and preparation of communication materials for Philanthropy & Partnership partners in collaboration with other division

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, previous experience with INGOs and/or fundraising is preferred and knowledge of digital companies is an asset;
   
2. Passionate fundraiser with demonstrated marketing and organizational skills
3. Have knowledge and experience in corporate fundraising, curiously creative, and problem solving thrives in a fast-paced environment
4. Creative and high initiative in developing concept of proposal collaboration and target oriented;
5. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills as well as maintain good communication with donors;
6. Ability to perform well under low supervision, pay attention to details, well organized, accountable, and fast learner;
7. Excellence communication and writing skills both Indonesian and English.
